In the Jungle, the mighty Jungle . . .

Dudes, dudettes! Fellow fellows, and laid back ladies! I am officially on Amazon! YAY! You can like totally pre-order my book! As if it were a real book! As if it were, like, Harry Potter or something!

Granted it is only the American version that is currently available, but still! And okay there is no picture of my cover yet, and sure no reviews because, well, it isn't out yet . . . but still! Guys!

Enough with the exclamation marks!

Check it out:

The fantabulous link to Adrienne Kress's page on Amazon.com for the American publication of her book Alex and the Ironic Gentleman (evidentally now coming out September 18 2007, who knew?).

Only the American version? Depends where you're looking.

The real question is, how does one get a signed copy.

Congrats, Adrienne!

This is indeed an exciting milestone. Did you discover it, as I did my UK listing, by accident? (Google reigns supreme...)

If my experience is any indication, the various links f.v. shared, above, are likely for your UK version. As soon as the ISBN is registered, Amazon posts the book on all the non-US sites.

You are ever more multi-national. :)

Wow, f.v, how thorough! I guess Scholastic also released the news! Wow. What does ".jp" stand for . . .

therese - through the google. I blush to confess I enjoy googling my own name (to be fair I google many a friend as well). I only do so because every once and a while something like this will happen and you'll find yourself where you never expected to be! Though the rest of the time you pretty much know what's going to come up.

Congrats! It's an amazing feeling the first time you see it up there. Then when someone actually buys one, the thrill intensifies.

.jp means you're Big In Japan!

Now look into getting the covers up. That "no image available" placeholder is a killer.

Yay! Can you post the cover art soon?

Congratulations, Adrienne!
What target age is it written for?
(I've got a 10 yr old who LOVES to read). Can't wait to see the cover. Do you have it yet??

new contest idea: who will be the first person to post an amazon review?

all right people, who's going to get their book first, read it first, and write an (undoubtedly) positive review?
